Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy:

  • Check-In Time: 14:00 - 22:00

  • Check-Out Time: 12:00

  • Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to room availability on the day of check-in/check-out, to be reconfirmed with the staff.

  • Payment Terms:

    • All reservation payments are non-refundable.

    • Full payment is required upon check-in.

    • For extended stays, guests must notify the property at least two weeks in advance. Payment for the extension must be made at least one day before the start of the extended stay.

  • Seasonal Rates: Room rates vary depending on the season (high season and regular season).

  • Identification: All guests must present a valid ID upon check-in. A passport is required for foreign guests, and a valid identity card is required for domestic guests.

  • Reservation Changes: Any changes to a reservation may affect the rate and/or incur cancellation fees.

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of property belongings.

 

Deposit Policy:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. This can be paid by transfer or cash.

  • The remaining balance must be paid on the first day of the stay.
